They always have a different Orthodontist, so there's always changes on what course they want to go about in fixing your teeth. Which always makes it difficult to get a straight answer as to when your braces will come off! The assistants are always watching TV as they work on their patients! And once, i asked to be transferred and they had given me no problem, all I had to do is sign a release form for my records, but at the time I didn't move out of town after all. But just recently I decided to move out of state and I told them and they began to tell me that I had to pay $175 for breaking my contract. Once I established with them that I was no longer on a contract they came back and told me it was for new x-rays and photos that had to be taken because my new orthodontist was going to need them! It made no sense and I spoke with my new orthodontist and they assured me that was not the case and all they needed were my records and the old photos and x-rays they taken before I got my braces. So I go back to the office and let them know my new orthodontist does not need new photos and x-rays and the same lady has the nerve to tell me that its not for that, its to transfer my records! And finally after an argument that made no sense on her part she lets me sign the transfer paper and then she shows me my records with only my old photos in it and no x-rays. I told her that everything in my records better be transferred. I've seen my x-rays in that folder before so I'm hoping she didn't throw them out or something. She was very rude speaking under her breath through the whole time she was doing the paper work and even making faces about me to a co-worker right in front of me! EVERYONE there is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from the front desk ladies (only one of them was pretty nice) to the assistants that work on the patients.
