Front office receptionist was extremely unfriendly! I would never come back due to the lack of compassion!!!
My daughter's dentist referred us to get her tooth pulled and the oral surgeon was persistent on pulling 2 of the teeth instead of the one tooth that needed to be pulled. After insurance, the bill was outrageous and the front office receptionist would not allow me to make payments!!!!
Needless to say, we went back to our family dentist and he took care of it for us!

I couldn't be happier! Had a horrible tooth ache the westbend office got me in within 2 days! Front desk was very friendly went above and beyond! I have been there 2× once 5 years ago Dr Jensen pulled one of my wisdom teeth very friendly answered all my questions. And than actually today I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled by Dr Schmidt again very professional answered all of my questions went over everything with me before and after the lady whom was helping was absolutely wonderful a very nice experience for a not so great thing to have done!!! I will recommend to family and friends and anyone reading this.
