Dr. John Sutter is excellent, but the staff at New Heights Pediatrics is not good; especially the office manager Dee. She is rude, arrogant, condescending, and even dishonest. Sadly, since Dr. Sutter moved to this new location a few years ago I have been forced to have dealings with this very unpleasant office manager.

Dr. Sutter really knows his stuff and that confidence shows. He's not very touchy-feeling and warm, so if that's what you want, go elsewhere. I personally want a physician for my kid who doesn't mess around, knows what he's doing, and does it well. That being said, there is usually quite a bit of a wait whenever we go, which isn't great. Count on spending an hour there at least.
