I felt like my needs were mostly met, but the doctor didn't make any extra effort. She usually took the time to listen to me.
They could work on improving their level of customer service here.
The problem with this provider is that she has a terrible staff and would sooner trust her staff than her patients. Besides myself, she has dropped patients primarily over money. Her information was based on the inexperienced staff who are uninformed and not forthcoming with helpful information. That makes me wonder about her compassion for patients.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
