The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.
