Dr Kanaan is a wonderful doctor. He spends quality time with his patients. There is usually a little wait time but well worth it.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me.

My initial contact with this office was good. The follow up was extremely poor. Response time for a return call from someone qualified to answer quesions was extremely poor. This office received diagnosis info from an expert that was not acted upon. After 15 days delay I felt that this office did not have my best interest at heart.
