I have been in contact with West Texas Orthopedics for about three years,
Three years ago I traveled from Indonesia to have endoscopic surgery on a herniated disk in my lower back. When I arrived in Texas I was completely exhausted from a 28 hour flight and being 73 my blood pressure rose to a dangerous level and I was taken a hospital in Big Spring Texas. The doctor there told me I should postpone any surgery until I had my blood pressure under control. I called Dr. Ramsey office and told them what the other Dr. told me and they said it was alright to wait. I came back to Indonesia got my blood pressure under control and e-mailed back to Dr. Ramsey's office to make a new appointment and got no reply. So I keep doing this for every month for three years now and addressed all my e-mails to Lisa one of Dr Ramsey's nurses and not once did they reply. I also tried to call them but just get answering machine, I don't even know if Dr.Ramsey knows what is going on but this is not the way a professional showed treat another human.
