They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My spouse was taken their on a tues, 1 week later I still haven't received any words from the doctor she is assigned to, I called everyday to try to speak to him, left my number, but he did not returned my call. Upon observing the place on my first visit, I wasn't impressed, the staff looks very unprofessional, they gave my the run-around, and they also required me to have a patient code, which my spouse have to give me, that took 3 days to happen. I think that they are prolonging the stay, so that they can collect more money from the patient's family through medical coverage.
