One of the first things I noticed about this business was there was only one area of the building that was handicap-accessible. Their staff was friendly enough, but they were not very knowledgeable in answering very general questions. When I called to inquire about various things, I was referred to people who did not answer their phone messages until I would call two or three times. The halls and the one room I visited needed to be swept and the smell of urine was especially bad in the individual patients room. Their meeting rooms were clean enough and some effort was made to repaint certain areas, but it needs a facelift. The dressers and basic furniture are old and even in need of repair. Staff members seemed disengaged from the patients but there were a couple nurses who were very capable and caring. They seemed grossly understaffed.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked, but actually that is all the Administrator seemed concerned about. It was very obvious that they took great pride in the office's appearance. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home Staff is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I cannot believe how rude and inconsiderate they are, especially the Assistant to the Director of Nursing. They didn't care at all about my visit, and I was in a lot of anxiety after my visit. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help the patient get well at all.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
