This place should be closed down. My mother developed sepsis there and later died at Kaiser Hospital in Panorama City after "recovering" from a successful cancer operation.The on site doctor was incompetent and uncaring. The head nurse who attended to her was rude, bossy and argumentative. She had a hidden agenda that was not so hidden.Magazines I bought my mother were stolen by staff or patient(s). Horrible, horrible, horrible.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
