For several years ...Pitiful conditions...emotionally cold and at times downright rude. .. caretakers filthy in appearance and often bearing tattoos &.display an attitude of being inconvenienced when asked to assist a patient... then, when giving assistance showed no evidence of training in how to handle a person with a delicate physical condition .... with an apparent turnover of workers, slight improvement over the past few months of 2017... basic needs of patients appear to be met but the lack of compassion for patients remains disturbing....the dignity of the patient does not appear to be respected..... the residents are desperate for a kind word or a moment of attention.

Only one nurse named Molly offers a ray of hope because while on her rounds she takes time to speak with each patient on a personal level and provides information to family members. I am qualified to offer this evaluation because I've been visiting this facility on a regular weekly basis for a number of years.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
