I have relatives and there customer service is horrible and really it comes form DON and NURSE in back that never smiles at all. Its as they had bad day every day. They lie don't ever help at all. The nurses give each other report never follow through at all. They don't check on there patients like they should or communicate or talk to them,. They discriminate a lot. They all are dating each other which make it worst. The facility smells like urine that bathroom to the patients room smell and are not clean. They don't flush the toilet or the floors have poop.

I can honestly say agree some are lazy and are in the wrong job. My relative has been extremely wet several times to the point where the pad and sheets are wet. Some are good but they really need to get to know the needs of the patient and ther wants and dislikes. They are so negative at times they see a patient progressing and 1 time that he doing something he doesn't want to do. is back it sometimes disappointing and don't complain, because they have answer for everything. They hide in patients rooms by 1:00 leave patients wet pooped. Its sad especially the 100 and 200 hall i have relatives in both one laready moved but i dont recommend. The new Director does not even make the rounds which staff does whatever they want. if i give my name they will treat family like crap i already reported them it stinks like pee. but if they visit they act good that day obvious.
