I have relatives and there customer service is horrible and really it comes form DON and NURSE in back that never smiles at all. Its as they had bad day every day. They lie don't ever help at all. The nurses give each other report never follow through at all. They don't check on there patients like they should or communicate or talk to them,. They discriminate a lot. They all are dating each other which make it worst. The facility smells like urine that bathroom to the patients room smell and are not clean. They don't flush the toilet or the floors have poop.

I can honestly say agree some are lazy and are in the wrong job. My relative has been extremely wet several times to the point where the pad and sheets are wet. Some are good but they really need to get to know the needs of the patient and ther wants and dislikes. They are so negative at times they see a patient progressing and 1 time that he doing something he doesn't want to do. is back it sometimes disappointing and don't complain, because they have answer for everything. They hide in patients rooms by 1:00 leave patients wet pooped. Its sad especially the 100 and 200 hall i have relatives in both one laready moved but i dont recommend. The new Director does not even make the rounds which staff does whatever they want. if i give my name they will treat family like crap i already reported them it stinks like pee. but if they visit they act good that day obvious.

We were impressed with Vanessa Garza when she visited my dad in the hospital and with the sounds of the physical therapy plan. We also visited before going there for a few days. He only needed a few days of PT but has serious cardiac issues. Dad was supposed to see a doctor either Wednesday night or Thursday. By the following Monday, no doctor had been around even though they said he saw one! They totally lied about that because the nurse said that the doctor did not want to interrupt his PT. They also said that the doctor was there when he was asleep another night so the doc gave him a quick exam while he was asleep! I also had to call them at midnight one night when I found out that he was never on the blood thinner he is to never stop taking. Dad did say the nurses and PTs were nice and did a good job but the administration have no respect for the people they are caring for. Dad finally told them they are complete liars - he has never seen a doctor there ever. He told them he wanted a discharge and left. Totally incompetent! The administration lies. Dad has asked all day to talk to Vanessa and she was always on the phone and then left the facility. Now won't answer her phone. No one wants to take any responsibility. We would NEVER recommend this place!

This Rehab Facility is serious and their staff are great professionals, with high standard of care, compassion with their patients and must of all, respectful with their residents. I had my father until he passed and now I have my mother in this facility, and visited them at different times of the day and night. Rooms, hallways, cafeteria, all areas are very clean, no unpleasant odors, great employee ethics, plenty of resident activities and harmony. I visited many Healthcare Centers throughout my career as a Physician, Las Palmas in a scare of 1-5 have definitive a 5+.
