I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

They were so kind and attentive to the needs of my family member, The staff are very warn and friendly and make your feel very comfortable. I knew that my loved ones needs were well taken care of. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The decore is a little outdated and worn, but have I have learned that new and fancy does not always mean that the quality of care is good.
