I would urge anyone who is considering admitted a loved one to conduct extensive research, which I did not have time to do. Medicare rates this facility low, especially with regard to staffing. No concerns or complaints are properly addressed. It is only upon admittance that the family members or residents are treated well. It has been a horrible experience. I would move my relative, but I have learned that the corporation that owns this facility also owns most of the facilities near our home. The only good things about this facility are that the food is decent and the reception area/entry is attractive and clean, but the rooms are not kept clean on a consistent basis.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
