There are no accountability or supervision or leadership. In most days my mother do not get clean, bathe or change until right before or after lunch.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

I would urge anyone who is considering admitted a loved one to conduct extensive research, which I did not have time to do. Medicare rates this facility low, especially with regard to staffing. No concerns or complaints are properly addressed. It is only upon admittance that the family members or residents are treated well. It has been a horrible experience. I would move my relative, but I have learned that the corporation that owns this facility also owns most of the facilities near our home. The only good things about this facility are that the food is decent and the reception area/entry is attractive and clean, but the rooms are not kept clean on a consistent basis.

Their staff was not friendly at all, Speaking to the director was a task in itself, she spoke so fast and with a slang. very unprofessional and hard to understand! None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, I would never recommend anyone visit them I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They were aburpt and rude! Half the time they dont know where the residence are and when they do they are rude to most, I watch a worker sit for over an hour pouting and rolling her eyes huffing and puffing because she was working late. She was face the resident and not once spoke to her just gave her dirty looks as if it was the residents fault! I would never recommend this place for anyone you love!!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
