The turnover here is terrible and the moral is low. Patients wait a long time for someone to come to their room when they put on their call light. They spend lots of money to make the place look nice but little effort in making the staff and patients happy. I gave 2 stars because the aides who are there at least make an effort to take good care of the patients.

Before this facility went to Sprenger, it was an above average facility. Patients were always seen out in the common areas and they were busy and seemed content. Now the place is like a ghost town...no patients are out socializing. My mother went here. She would have to sit in her own waste for sometimes over an hour. The staff ignored our concerns about her. Nurses were indifferent and rude. I would find my mother in tears many times. Please do not send your loved one here.
