On January 5th, 2015 I took my kitten, for a seemingly simple procedure, a spaying. On the morning of January 6th I awoke at 2am and went to check on Cleo sadly to find her dead. I called the vet and he wasn't in at that time but he did return my call and didn't really care to discuss the death of my kitten, only stating that some cats don't process anesthesia well. I was very distraught and was at a loss for words. I sent him an email that he never responded to. I paid $156 for this place to let my kitten die when a I was assured she would be fine. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their pet to Critter Fixers in Byron. The lack of ccompassion for the death of my baby broke my heart. I miss Cleo so much and I wish aIr had never set foot in that place.

I love Dr. Ferguson and Mario. Very nice and professional, and they care for your pets. I have never had a problem with any of my pets when they are there. Linda the groomer is awesome too. All of the staff has been welcoming and friendly whenever I come. When we had to have our dog put to sleep, Dr. Ferguson stayed with us when we grieved...very compassionate man. Great vet and place.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
