It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. They are so kind and caring, One evening, I called the emergency line & the doctor drove back immediately after they closed to take care of my cat & saved her life. He even requested I call him with daily updates on her condition!! The doctor,s personality is "neutral" due to the nature of the job, but deep down you can tell he genuinely cares for the health of any animal seeking medical attention. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. :)
