Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Manning seems to be a capable vet. His prices are flat out outrageous. My total bill was $133 for a 5 minute office visit and two vaccinations. When I called two other local vets, I found out my price would have averaged $44 somewhere else. Dr. Manning charged me $55 for the quick office visit, $45 for a FVRCP/FELV combo vaccine, and $33 for a 1 year rabies vaccine. Quick internet searches show that the actual costs of these products are about $15 each.

I called into his office and tried to work out a fair price and he stuck by his pricing. When I presented evidence to him that better prices were found elsewhere he stubbornly refused to acknowledge it. He did offer me $10 back. I told him to keep it as I would not be returning and that I would be sharing my experience and copy of my bill with other people.

Avoid this vet unless you have about an extra $100 to waste!!
