Unlike the other reviews I did not get the help I should have. Took dog to vet on Saturday and it was sent home. A few hours later called when dog was getting worse. Was told by a different vet in the same office that my dog should have never went home. Called an hour later when she was getting worse and they would not answer my call. Wife called on cellphone hours later (while at the emergency room) and got an answer on the second ring (I left message after message). Wife was told to go to Lexington or Winchester to get help even though they have emergency service. She called me back and I told her the dog was getting worse. As they were telling my wife the dog would hold until morning (when someone was in) and as she begged them to open the door my dog was dying in my arms. Talked to them about the $300 they said I owed for the visit I had and was told I still owed it by the office manager (wrote check wrong and they were hold it). I paid them because unlike them I am a person of my word. So it was about the money and even though I had 3 vets including one in their office say they messed up (“she is entitled to her opinion” office manager) on my dog they still say I had to pay the bill. Would not lower it even a little. So $297.50 or $290 and 30 pieces of silver (quarters). One star is way too good for them.

They always provide the best care for all types of animals. I have had dogs treated by all 4 of the vets there and feel that they all provided the best care for them that could have been possible. All of the staff really cares for animals. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
