Use this vet for about 5 yrs... starting having problems this past year. Had them do 3 surgeries on my dogs... Last one dog developed bleeding from incision on chest... I rushed her back and was treated like I had done something to make this happen. Dr. did not come out and tell me about surgery and later when I called I was told a simple surgery turned into a major surgery... He said he thought someone had talked to me.. I would not trust them again with my dogs... Another dog they went up on seizure medication after blood work and would not give me correct # of increased medications after I tried 3 times...Dr would not return my call... FOUND to be unprofessional not putting dogs care first.... Receptionist was rude to me.....Have recently removed my dogs from their care.. One of my dogs almost died after they gave a rabies shot .... run high fever with thirst.. TO sum up my experience with them they are easily offended and did not put the welfare of my pets first.....

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. The staff seems indifferent towards their feelings towards animals, they do not seem passionate or willingly helpful. They rarely go the extra mile for pets.
