They made sure every single question I had was answered, and give me the time I need to insure ALL of my questions and concerns are addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience less scary for my dogs and for me! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One weekend in particular, Diane Perry, DVM, called my home several times on Saturday AND Sunday to make sure my shih-tzu wasn't having any more issues and was tolerating her medications well. Diane is very community oriented as well!
