Dr. Colin Chaves graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and as a member of Phi Zeta (the Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine). He has practiced in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Oregon and California. His special interest is in dentistry, since many health issues are based in poor oral care. This fits with his philosophy of treating the source of any medical issue, not just the symptoms.
