I think the vets are very good, based on my limited experience.
The front-office staff are HORRIBLE--they are all extremely young and appear untrained. Most of the individuals I spoke to sounded about 12 years of age, and seemed clueless about everything except how to collect money. My last name is only five letters, and the front-office wizards mis-spelled it, although they got all my credit-card information perfectly.
One particularly offensive little bimbo demanded payment after I had just been told that my pet had died. I was horrified at her rudeness and insensitivity. When I complained to the vet, the vet defended the employee. She said that the person was not a bimbo. I would dispute that, and I stick with my opinion.
I left empty-handed and in shock, with a much thinner wallet. But the bimbo got her money, so I'm sure she's happy.
