I think the vets are very good, based on my limited experience.

The front-office staff are HORRIBLE--they are all extremely young and appear untrained. Most of the individuals I spoke to sounded about 12 years of age, and seemed clueless about everything except how to collect money. My last name is only five letters, and the front-office wizards mis-spelled it, although they got all my credit-card information perfectly.

One particularly offensive little bimbo demanded payment after I had just been told that my pet had died. I was horrified at her rudeness and insensitivity. When I complained to the vet, the vet defended the employee. She said that the person was not a bimbo. I would dispute that, and I stick with my opinion.

I left empty-handed and in shock, with a much thinner wallet. But the bimbo got her money, so I'm sure she's happy.

I have owned numerous dogs and we have always brought them to Dr. Weldy! He has been taking care of us for over 25 years and I am always blown away at how caring and nice EVERYONE is. I came to Dr. Weldy this last time with a very very sick rotti who was filling up inside with blood and we noticed when we realized her eyes were completely red and she was blind. Dr. Weldy jumped right on it. He not only was concerned, he took the time to completely explain what was happening. I don't know another doctor who would have been as thorough. Our animals are family members and he treated her as such. I will forever be grateful for the staff and Dr. Weldy. We were able to bring Ms. Roxy home with us and although she has good days and bad days, she is with us and it was all because of Dr. Weldy. I can never thank him enough.

On a early Saturday morning (4/23/11) , in less than a half hour, I was charged $425.00 for blood tests, urine tests, office visit and xrays for my dog. I simply wanted something to give her to help relieve her seizure type symptoms since she is a 15 year old Westy. Never got it. Dr. Weldy promised to call me on the next Monday with results from all of these tests. It is now Wednesday, 3:45pm and I havent heard from him. ( I did leave a message for him to call me earlier, still waiting) The two things I hate worse, expensive and non responsive.
