SCAM! This place is should be investigated for fraud, I received a CPAP machine from them that was already OPENED and clearly was already used because the power button was worn and fading. Dangerous thing to do especially after COVID. When I asked why I got a used machine the lady in the front counter said sometimes we give refurbished machines. That’s disgusting and dangerous.

They never explained at drop off to me that I was renting the machine. Until I called to ask. When my insurance covers 70% the machine cost.

They said my insurance required me to use the machine 4 hours a day for 90 days. I called my insurance that was a LIE. A COMPLETE LIE.

I go to the office to ask why they told me that and they insisted my insurance was requiring it. They told me to ask my insurance to give it to me in writing . After I told them that I spoke to the insurance and they said that wasn’t true. They start getting all frustrated and unprofessional.

I asked for them to give me “the 4 hour daily requirement for 90 days “ in writing since they were the ones claiming it’s required . They said I quote “ we ain’t giving you anything in writing”

Then a young lady with glasses that works for them in attempt to be sarcastic said “I’ll give it to him in writing”

Wrote on a pink post it note
“ you need to use the CPAP for 4 hours daily and for 90 days ! Andrea”
that’s when the situation escalated into an argument and I ended up just returning the machine.

This place seems to be doing something fraudulent and should be seriously investigated .

I am a new patient and have called them various times. They NEVER answer the phone. You are left listening to hold music for about 20 minutes and then asked to leave a message and someone will call you back. They never call you back. Abismal service from the Miramar branch.
