Three days before Christmas I stopped into West Gate 24 hours after I was discharged from the VNA to order ostomy supplies. After handing her a list of supplies that I needed, the woman who waited on me told me they would call my surgeon for the prescription, and then call me in a day or two. I received no return call and because of the holiday, I waited until the following Monday, 7 days later, to call them. After putting me on hold, the woman I spoke with told me I had to get the script first, and she ignored me when I told her several times that is not what they originally told me, and I was now in need of supplies. She was most unhelpful and I will not do business with them again. It's bad enough to have this kind of surgery, and then when trying to place your first order for supplies you are depending on these people who wait on you, they don't tell you the truth, and you don't find out for seven days. Now I'm desperate, and this company could care less. Not only will I never step inside West Gate again, I will tell my story to all my friends.
