For years I’ve had wonderful medical & customer service here—especially when I would call and get Heidi for appointments. Not anymore. I got a new person who was extremely rude and uncaring—Gwendolyn. She said if it’s been longer than 3 months, you are now considered a new patient and have to start all over. I told her I was out of my blood pressure medication and she said she couldn’t help it.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Patients need to be informed about their own healthcare needs and communicate clearly with their doctor but, I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive about the care I receive. I see Dr. Lance and she has always provided me with helpful suggestions for reading, provides appropriate brochures or identifies referrals that work with my insurance. She listens well and responds accurately to questions and never seems to feel threatened or irritated by my questions.
