American Family Fitness Swift Creek has been owned and operated since 1988. Whether you want to maintain overall health, introduce fitness to your family or fine-tune your competitive edge, American Family Fitness has what it takes to help you become Fit As You Want To Be. *OnSite Childcare/Babysitting:We take unlimited children and take ages 6 weeks and up. They can be in the childcare for 2 hours each visit. We have organized activities for ages from 2-14. these activities range from crafts to organized strength and cardio classes. We also have pool activiities for the children
*Youth Fitness:
*Parents Night Out:Yes-1st child is $30/additional children are $20
*Senior Fitness:we offer senior group fitness classes as well as a senior circuit called STRIVE-we also offer many difficulty levels of group fitness that would cater to any age group
*Dry Heat Sauna:we have a dry heat sauna located in each locker room
*Tanning: 2 lay down beds - additional $
*Locker Rooms:private showers, lockers provided on a daily basis(bring your own lock). We provide toiletries and hair dryers along with a vanity area in each locker room
*ProShop:we sell limited apparel along with protein shakes, bars, energy drinks
*Juice Bar/Café:We offer Performance Food Centers, Met-Rx, Worldwide brands
*IndoorPool:We have a lap pool(4 lanes), teaching pool and a children's pool with a slide and water mushroom. Wet area also has a hot tub. Wet area closes during inclement weather
*Aquatic Classes:We offer classes in the teaching pool. The lap pool and teaching pool remain open during class
*Swimming Lessons:No Age Limit
*Hot Tub:yes. In the wet area along with the pools
*Basketball Court:we have a full court. It is open court all day with the exception of 5p-9pm on weekdays as we have regulated play regulated play (pick-up games) and Leagues
