My children were referred to Ms. Phan to attend family therapy with their mother who has a history of abuse. The children were not seen individually. Every session was in the presence of the mother. My son would leave the sessions crying and distraught like it was his fault he was a victim. My daughter would lie because she was afraid of the repercussions later with her mother. The children continue therapy and I was told that Ms. Phan's actions were unprofessional and possibly damaging to the children.
