They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
