I paid my bill in full as required. I was told I had a zero balance then one month later received a bill in the mail requesting additional monies as they stated they overlooked an item. When is the cut off for them to continue to find something to extract money from me...I month, 6 months, 1 year, 10 years? We need another emergency veterinarian service in the valley.

I took my puppy who was having seizures in to be monitored. They took her in the back. We waited over 2.5 hours before anyone got to us to give us any updates. The doctor spend less than 10 minutes with us in the over four hours we were there and that 10 minutes was spread out over the times she came in the room. (I understand they were busy but more staff should have been called in.) I understood that they were keeping my dog overnight to do a second ammonia test and then to get a liver profile together to send to the local vet school and I signed an estimate that included two blood tests- one of which I believed was the test to send to the vet school. I called to check in on her 6 hours later and they had no idea what I was talking about with the labs being sent to the vet school and they are charging me an overnight stay for monitoring and treatment that is commonly done at home. I would've waited on the second ammonia test, got her meds, and took her home if I had known communication would be so bad.

I also waited over an hour to simply sign a paper "estimate" when they already had my payment info on file. I use estimate loosely considering it did not include what I talked about with the doctor at all. I found it odd that they had neither a Facebook page or webpage but now I see it's probably to avoid highly public bad reviews.

Busy is not an excuse for poor service especially with the costs involved in emergency medicine! I'm hoping they redeem themselves somewhat after all of their poor communication (both with me and in written record) and their wasting of my money.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Would you recommend this provider to someone who asks for a referral?
