We've taken our pets (dog and 3 cats) to the Highland Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Their service has been fantastic. They listen to our concerns and answer our questions. They taken our pets on emergency situations and have collaborated with other vets in the area to provide the best care for our pets. They were wonderful and spent a lot of time with our family when we had to recently put down one of our pets due to illness. We highly recommend Dr. Heather and her staff.

The veterinarian that I saw for the annual exam was very pleasant and did a thorough exam. I brought my dog back to be neutered. The veterinarian that I had the displeasure of meeting with at that time was very rude. Also, when we took my dog back to have his stitches removed there was another pet owner with a very sick cat, that couldn't even stand up. One of the techs asked the rude veterinarian if the cat could be squeezed in between exams. She snapped "No, they will have to wait until the end of the shift!". That is not how I want to be treated! I would rather wait than have someone else's pet suffer and possibly die to stay on schedule. I won't be back.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Completely!
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
