At NW Trauma Therapy Dr. Thomas specializes in the treatment of trauma. When working with trauma, the healing process can often be frightening and painful to address. Our goal is to provide a professional, yet personal atmosphere where each client experiences comfort and safety to experience healing and restoration. Our approach is holistic in that we use the latest available research and address the client's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. If it is necessary and when appropriate, Dr. Thomas will work closely with your medical doctor to ensure you get the best possible treatment.

Services I offer general mental health counseling services and specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology and have been practicing in Vancouver for eighteen years. I am trained in EMDR-II and have additional training in treating trauma from motor vehicle accidents, crime, rape, childhood abuse and sexual abuse, and treating disassociative states.
