Went many years ago, maybe things are better now. Difficult to talk to. Confused information I gave about my sister with details about me. Spoke over me and more than I did. When talking about my father she said "men are always trouble because of that thing between their legs". I didn't feel heard and felt very uncomfortable the whole time.

I love the offices - they're in a slightly dilapidated brownstone in downtown Frederick, there's a great aura.

My therapist didn't live up to the building. After it became clear that we had certain serious differences in opinion that made it unproductive to work together, I decided to stop seeing him. He then made threats against me, highly biased and unprofessional, basically that he'd say I was unfit if asked and that I was crazy.

A while after this, my insurance provider and I were doing paperwork and submitted a request to the offices for the records they had on me, to put in my file. Harper & Associates never responded, and I never got my records.

To be fair, I only saw one person, and someone I know regularly sees someone else there, and loves them. My experience happened to be terrible. I am a rather challenging patient, but there's really no excuse for the way in which he responded.
