They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.
i was very disappointed that when i told them i thought my puppy had parvo and was asking for help,, they wouldnt take payments or a poSt dated check,, seems they are in it for the money ONLY !
