I needed medical records for my dog but the website doesn't work. The email would not send. Now my poor dog will probably have to have all her shots over again. Contact information should be correct and more easily available.

Very poor communication. My daughter gave her name & phone number when she made the appointment. She said it was very confusing when they gave her the costs over the phone & rushed. They called my phone number twice while she was there for the appointment. She and I both discussed the treatment options and costs. My daughter also discussed the treatment options and decided not to go with the ear treatment, but was charged for & sent home the medicine anyways. I called back about this as my daughter has very limited funds and was told that "we" had a miscommunication. Costs have more than doubled since they changed name of place. Will find somewhere else to take our pets in the future. Daughter also said the front desk person seemed to have an attitude for some reason.
