I needed medical records for my dog but the website doesn't work. The email would not send. Now my poor dog will probably have to have all her shots over again. Contact information should be correct and more easily available.

Very poor communication. My daughter gave her name & phone number when she made the appointment. She said it was very confusing when they gave her the costs over the phone & rushed. They called my phone number twice while she was there for the appointment. She and I both discussed the treatment options and costs. My daughter also discussed the treatment options and decided not to go with the ear treatment, but was charged for & sent home the medicine anyways. I called back about this as my daughter has very limited funds and was told that "we" had a miscommunication. Costs have more than doubled since they changed name of place. Will find somewhere else to take our pets in the future. Daughter also said the front desk person seemed to have an attitude for some reason.

terrible service. staff did not seem to like each other or where they worked. one gal had an attitude and di not seem to care how long people waited to be seen.
Waited almost an hour before being called into the exam room, after being told it would be 15 or 20 minutes.
waited another 20 minutes in the room, nobody came in so we checked with the front desk. We were told it would be a few minutes. ten minutes later, checked again and the gal with the attitude said, the doctor went to lunch and I don't know when she will be back!
Wonder how long they would have let us sit there!!!
We will NEVER go back and will tell everyone about our experience!!!
