I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit.. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I do not agree with the way they do business here. They are not customer oriented. The doctor is very kind and friendly, but the staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company and could be heard talking about the manager's constant changing of policy Every time I asked a question, they would say they didn't know, sometimes the offered to refer me to someone else, but I was never contacted back with a response. It was very frustrating. However, I did have the most wonderful facial of my life there, with Laurie or Laura. I may have forgotten her name, but I won't ever forget what an amazing experience it was. Despite the other issues, I will go back just to have facials with that wonderful technician. Perhaps after their remodeling is finished, things will be less chaotic.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. One thing that's been so annoying about , is that they always end up messing up my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment.

Yes, extremely spacious

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
