I was very disappointed and uncomfortable during my visit due to the assistant not wearing a mask. This lack of concern for their clients and unprofessionalism continued at the end of my visit when she started complaining and mocking another client while I was in the room. This is not the first time this has happened, so I assume this disrespect for their clients is a regular occurrence. I enjoyed Dr. Rhoden and appreciated her consideration and respect, so I will be going to see her from now on in Waukee where the staff are more educated and considerate

Dr. Bright is a very good veterinarian. She has taken care of my dogs, cats, and even ferrets .
