I have been seeing Allison for over two years. I love to excercise hard and with that I like to keep up on my body maintenance. I have had problems with my hip but as soon as I feel a problem starting, I have a nuero-structural session and benefit from dramatic results. Allison is knowledgeable about specific areas she is working on and can explain why she is doing things. Allison gets to know your body and what it needs to begin healing during the first session. Her work is very thorough. She also teaches excercises to strengthen weak muscles and to help with your alignment. I have recommended her to many of my colleagues and friends and will continue to see her for bodywork.

I have been receiviing regular massage treatments from Allison for over a year. She has found and worked out sore muscles in my back and has helped me alleviate pain from a neck injury of over 20 years. I look forward to every massage knowing that it is going to be soothing as well as beneficial for my physical and mental well being.
