I have been seeing Allison for over two years. I love to excercise hard and with that I like to keep up on my body maintenance. I have had problems with my hip but as soon as I feel a problem starting, I have a nuero-structural session and benefit from dramatic results. Allison is knowledgeable about specific areas she is working on and can explain why she is doing things. Allison gets to know your body and what it needs to begin healing during the first session. Her work is very thorough. She also teaches excercises to strengthen weak muscles and to help with your alignment. I have recommended her to many of my colleagues and friends and will continue to see her for bodywork.

I have been receiviing regular massage treatments from Allison for over a year. She has found and worked out sore muscles in my back and has helped me alleviate pain from a neck injury of over 20 years. I look forward to every massage knowing that it is going to be soothing as well as beneficial for my physical and mental well being.

My first massage from Allison was a swedish massage. It was truly amazing and rejuvinating. She provided a clean, comfortable and professional environment, with just the right choice in music and lighting. She applied a perfect amount of pressure allowing all of my muscles to relax, stretch and helped aid them in repair. After the massage I felt as if I was given a brand new body to walk around on a cloud of ease in. Later on down the line, I was suffering from a knee injury and Allison worked her Nuero-Structural magic on my leg. That was the turning point for me, where I went out of pain and started on the path to recovery. I attended quite a few sessions with her for that issue alone and I know that her massages were the primary tool in my healing process. Receiving massages from Allison has awakened me to the numerous health benefits of massage. She is an excellent Massage Therapist!

I was a little nervous the first time I went because I had never heard of Neuro-structural bodywork and I didn't know what to expect. Allison was great, she put me at ease and did a wonderful mix that still included some Swedish massage too! Her space is relaxing and she always makes sure the temperature and face cradle are good. After an appt I always leave feeling taller and stronger than when I came in and, unlike a regular massage, the feeling lasts for days. I highly recommend Allison for a great experience!
