Ms. Upshaw is the owner of BMG Life Solutions, which she founded in August of 2011. During the past 14 years, Ms. Upshaw served in various positions with a Non-profit community-based agency, most recently in the position of Assistant Vice President for the Mental Health and Family Support Centers. There, she supervised Program Administrators and staff of mental health clinicians and paraprofessionals work with individuals suffering from a wide variety of issues including mood, personality, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, dependence disorders and general issues relating to parenting, career and life skills.She also provided assessments for individuals and families seeking mental health services, as well as designed and coordinated the start up of a parenting enrichment program.
