Mrs. Upshaw is a wonderful therapist. She really help me through a very trying time and I would recommend her services to anyone and everyone.

My husband and I met with Ms Upshaw to help give us the tools we needed to learn to not enable our son with drug addiction.
We felt very comfortable with her and she helped open our eyes to the understanding that we were not helping my son and his wife by providing them food, shelter etc.
she would ask us thought provoking questions which helped us to gain clarity in facing the truth.
Although we are no longer seeing her, she does text to check in with us from time to time. I would recommend her highly. Very nice person, great insight, and very professional

I loved Ms.Upshaw. I had problems with drugs and my dad and just my life and she always listened to me. She never made me feel uncomfortable. Her office was lovely as well. She is a amazing woman
