Wings is a professional and caring addition to any wellness regimen. As the owner and lead therapist, I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness. My goal is to support you, as my client, through thoughtful and conscious methods that promote healing and allow you to leave your treatment feeling relaxed, with less pain, renewed vitality, and a refreshed spirit! Our approach is simple yet effective and utilizes a unique blend of massage techniques, along with stretching coupled with breath work.
Our clients find that every session with us is unique to them and where they are at 'in the moment', therefore no two sessions are alike. These customized treatment sessions are both results-driven and highly effective.

Most massage services are offered in 60, 90 or 2 hour durations. Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage are also offered as a 30 minute 'Express De-stress' treatment.
Chair Massage is offered by the minute with a 15 minute minimum and a 45 minute maximum.
We also offer in studio and online gift certificates, corporate chair massage, and monthly VIP memberships.
Please note: individual (non company) mobile massage is offered to our monthly membership (VIP) clients only.
