N A. Mark Estes, MD, FACC, FHRS is certified in clinical cardiac electrophysiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as in cardiac implantable electronic devices by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners. He received his medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, followed by his fellowships in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at Tufts Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital. After three decades as the Director of the New England Cardiac Arrhythmia Center, he joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2018. Dr Estes lives in Sewickley with his wife and enjoys biking, skiing, sailing and tennis.
