John Pacella, MD, is an interventional cardiologist. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency and fellowship at UPMC. Dr Pacella joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2006. His clinical interests include innovations in interventional cardiology and the improvement of microvascular function following myocardial infarction and percutaneous coronary intervention. He lives in the South Hills with his wife and four children and enjoys golfing and traveling.
