I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I wasn't impressed at all with how they handled their practice. I definitely won't be recommending them to any of my friends or family members. I was diagnosed years ago with Lupus but couldn't afford a Rheumy. I do not really want that diagnosis and well, I didn't get it with Istfan. Unfortunately, the only diagnosis or even suggestion was that "some people have easily hurt tendon's". ( and I had a vitamin D deficiency.) He never addressed why I had 86-88 SED rate for many years, positive ANA for three years prior and more symptoms and signs including sometimes intense pain and disability. He just didn't seem much interested. I don't really want to have Lupus, but I know I don't just have normal tendons and joints, not by a long shot. I want help, but I won't find it here.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The staff went above and beyond what I ever expected them to. They were so warm and friendly. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
