Practice being patient, staying calm when my adhd preteen that on occasion is calling me bitch from not getting her way. Learn to be a better parent. Biting my tongue when I am upset. Not taking things personal when my daughter tries to push my buttons. Most of all to not argue with my 12 year old. I am bad about getting pulled into her comments.
